I built this methodology because I watched the same pattern for 20 years

I started forecasting the South African Rand in 2005. Not because I had a grand vision for a forecasting business, but because I noticed something that didn't add up: the smartest people I knew were making the worst forex decisions.

They read every report. Subscribed to every service. Followed every analyst. And they still got caught on the wrong side of major moves. Not because the information was wrong, but because information alone doesn't solve a timing problem. It amplifies it.

I spent years studying cycle analysis — the idea that markets move in identifiable, measurable rhythms that repeat regardless of the news. Not perfectly, not mechanically, but with enough consistency that you can build a framework around them. A framework that tells you when to act, not just which way markets might move.

Over 6,384 forecasts later, every one scored against real market outcomes, that methodology became Dynamic Outcomes. From Rand pairs to the Dollar Index, Gold, Bitcoin, and EUR/USD — the same cycle-based framework applies. The instruments change. The principle doesn't.

The problem was never information. It was timing. And now there is a framework for that.
